Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Ripple Dental Care: 1. General Policy: Our dental practice values your time and commitment to your oral health. Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and is dependent on the type of appointment. 4. Cancellation within 24 Hours: If a cancellation or rescheduling is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will not be refunded. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with the reserved time and to minimise disruptions to our schedule. 5.
