Service Description

Root canal treatment is an internal dental procedure used to treat infection or inflammation of the dental pulp (the soft tissue inside a tooth). This treatment is typically necessary when the pulp becomes infected or damaged due to decay, cracks, injuries, or trauma. The procedure involves removing the infected pulp tissue, cleaning and disinfecting the root canal system, and then filling and sealing it with a material. After a root canal treatment, a crown is often placed on the treated tooth to provide additional protection and strength. Cancellation within 24 Hours: If a cancellation or rescheduling is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will not be refunded. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with the reserved time and to minimise disruptions to our schedule. 5. Deposit Refund Process: Deposits are typically refunded through the original payment method within [7] business days if the cancellation adheres to the 24-hour notice period. 6. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of emergencies or unavoidable situations, we encourage patients to contact the practice as soon as possible to discuss their situation. Decisions regarding deposit refunds in exceptional circumstances will be made at the discretion of the practice management. 7.
